Article IX of the Gaetane Gagnon Trust required Burke & Herbert Trust Bank to distribute ALL net income to Valerie Gagnon quarterly, and 5% of trust principal every January 15th. The 14 bank statements below cover July 2025 through August 2026. They show what actually happened: NOTHING. Not one mandatory distribution was made.
